  • Our Earth: Under Pressure- Brian May Suggests Live Concert To Raise Climate-Change Awareness

After playing an integral role in the 1985 Live Aid Concert to raise funds and awareness for the Ethiopian famine, rock star Brian May has suggested that current musical artists lead another momentous concert to bring climate change even further up the global agenda. With huge influence from power-houses such as Sir David Attenborough (93 today) and Greta Thunberg (less than a sixth of his age), the world is gradually waking up to the very real threat of climate change that faces us today. In our fast-moving world of instant gratification, wouldn't it be wonderful if some of today's Environmental Champions of The World came together to leave a legacy somewhere near to that of Live Aid! https://www.nme.com/news/music/queens-brian-may-wants-another-live-aid-to-tackle-climate-change-2484877 We Can Be The Champions Of The World

  • Happy 93rd Birthday To a True Hero!

David Attenborough reveals his fears for the future- The nature expert recently admitted to the Guardian that he doesn’t have long to live and fears for the Earth’s future after he’s gone. He said: “I’m coming up to 93, so I don’t have many more years around here. “I find it difficult to think beyond that as the signs aren’t good.” We at The Ink Bin pledge to do as much as we can in keeping the world colourful! If you have used ink cartridges at home or work then contact us today! https://www.standard.co.uk/futurelondon/theplasticfreeproject/david-attenborough-age-facts-quotes-climate-change-plastic-pollution-a4136846.html
