The Children of Myland Recycle Their Empty Ink Cartridges

Children of Myland School in Colchester have recently installed The Ink Bin within their school in the fight against single-use plastics. It is estimated that 375 million empty ink cartridges are thrown in the bin annually; taking up to 1000 years to decompose. That's rubbish! With the support of The Ink Bin, a teacher-led scheme which supports schools and organisations to sustainably dispose of their cartridges, Myland School are fighting back! To support Myland School or to order your own Ink Bin, simply email Becky at recycle@theinkbin.co.uk. Every cartridge makes a difference!
