Feedback Matters!

I cannot thank my lovely customers enough for all of your support.

Three years ago, I was still in the classroom teaching! Back in April 2019, I made the crazy decision to embark on launching The Ink Bin and it has been the most wonderful journey. 

I thrive on the three things that drove me to make this leap- fundraising; recycling and education. Every day is a fantastic journey and I have you all to thank for that!

We are entering an incredible new phase in our journey. Some of you may have seen that we are working with Waitrose & Partners and East of England Co-Op on official trials to offer The Ink Bin to their store customers. There are a few more organisations to be announced soon too. 

As we grow, we need to keep up and over the next couple of months I shall be working with some fantastic people to develop our branding, website and our operations. These guys all ask me what is working well and what I would like to improve. I think I know the answers, but actually it's your opinions that matter the most!

I would really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to give some feedback on The Ink Bin and your experiences to date. Some of you have already written beautiful testimonials and others give me lovely feedback when I chat with you. But, hey, we all make mistakes too.

Whether it's a few words, a detailed few sentences of feedback or a lovely testimonial; any information would be helpful to help us ensure we give the best customer experience. I shall listen and use this information to develop our work.
